What qualifications do I need to set up a Podar Learn School?

The only qualification you need is an entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to succeed. You will be able to do well as a Podar franchise as long as you are enthusiastic about providing quality education and have reasonable financial resources.

How much will I need to invest?

Accepted Answer

The initial investment amount would be approx 2.5 Crore (this amount includes the cost of the building). Assistance with bank formalities can be provided by Podar.

Will you assist in recruitment of the faculty and their training?

Yes. We help our partners in recruitment and training procedure.

Would Podar decide the fee charged from the parent or am I free to decide on my own?

We would mutually decide the fees after proper survey of the area by you.

What kind of training will be provided to us?

We will train qualified franchises in the curriculum and delivery method, as well as business strategies for owning and operating a successful Podar Learn School. Trainings will also be extended to transportation and the various school management software’s that we will provide. We are aware that the only way a partner will succeed is by providing quality education, therefore, we handhold the partner from Launch to Success.

Do you help with Marketing?

We would be doing national level marketing activities, but the local activities need to be undertaken by the concerned franchise. We would guide you what activities you should do in your area and also provide you with creatives for the same.

Question 7

Is it mandatory to purchase equipment from the company for setting the school?

Accepted Answer

We would share with you the list of equipment necessary to run the school along with the list of vendors. You are free to source these equipment from any other vendor without compromising the quality.

Question 8

When will the project operationally breakeven?

The breakeven period for such projects operationally is generally 2 years.

How long is the franchise agreement valid for?

The Franchise agreement will be valid for 30 years.
